Oh for God's sake, put that baby to bed! Did the parents howl with laughter after he cracked his head on the floor and started crying?

Not funny at all.

Anonymous said...

Yeah, good luck getting that kid to bed after he's been screaming for an hour after hurting his head. Poor little guy.

Deb said...

That was the most hilarious one of all the ones you posted. Heads down--the best!

a prime of example of why you should not share your margaritas with your children...

Yeah, I agree. This is not funny at all. Bad parents.

(and before anyone says anything, yes I have my own kids)

mary said...

While my 8 yr old daughter giggled her head off, I agree with the adults: not funny... poor baby! Hope his head is ok!!

Anonymous said...

Kids are resilient. He's probably fine. And no parents are perfect. No reason to fault these ones.

The baby falling asleep is exactly what I experienced when my little daughter was sitting on the floor falling asleep. I snuck around her and put pillows and blankets around to give her a nice landing. As I was filming here she just folded over onto the floor and went to sleep. Those parents were thougtless and that was not funny at all that they let her land on a hard floor.

Anonymous said...

its hilarious. the kid is fine. kids bump their heads like this.

Anonymous said...

Ok people, the baby didn't land too hard.. how about if we all put helmets on children when they are born... relax..this generation of parents really are TOO protective.. let children grow, learn, fail, be disappointed and be mature adults. Can hold them forever.

Anonymous said...

Oh, please, every one of you would laugh your heads off.

Anonymous said...

that was really cute and funny really.there is no need to blame the parents, they were just having fun man!am pretty sure the baby is fine it happens to all babies....they bump their heads, cry, and everything is ok....xx

Anonymous said...

i cannot stop crying.. thats how funny it is!
i am sure the baby was fine

Brent said...

Sounded to me like the baby laughed after it fell. Even if it bumped its head, it's got to learn some responsibility sometime so quit saying the parents should wussify this child. Baby's that learn to deal with head bumps grow up to be Myron Rolles, the recent Florida State football star and Rhodes Scholar. Your kids grow up to have allergies and go speed dating.

Marcum Family said...

I am a parent also! That was great! He bumped his head, he will be fine and no permanant damage. What do you parents do hen your own child gets hurt, freak out????

Anonymous said...

tomato please never have kids bc you'll smother them to insanity.

Anonymous said...

he's a cutie :) i'm sure the little guy didn't become brain dead or anything. kids get hurt, cry, then forget about it in 10 minutes. let the parents film their cute kid :)

Anonymous said...

Geez people! Lighten up. It's completely hilarious!

And by the way, at that age, baby's bones are still flexible and not as rigid as adult bones. Therefore, the hit to his head was not as bad as if it happened to an adult.

And another thing - look at the kid! He's a big boy - probably a little toughy, too!

Lighten up people!

Anonymous said...

That was hilarious. The baby should be fine. I agree with the guy above me it's not as bad as you all think.

Anonymous said...

awww hes adorable (worth more than a 2!) And he didn't hit it that hard CALM DOWN!

Anonymous said...

Jeez people soeriously, chill.

You can tell he landed mostly on his back, his head didnt smack the ground?
And even if it did, its not he like he cracked his skull.
Really, if it was serious they wouldnt have posted this video.

ANYWAYS, i thought it was really cute :D how he kept swinging around until he finally fell asleep.

Anonymous said...

Not funny at all. You people make me sick that would find this funny.

Doc Op said...

Goddamn...the kid didn't die. The kid probably cried less than you all are over this!

Anonymous said...

Wow... What a ridiculous world we live in to judge a parent who obviously didn't purposely harm their child. It saddens me to think that we can't laugh at something as we look in hind sight. My kids (6 of them) have had FAR WORSE things happen to them than this. Grow up and get off your high horses!

Anonymous said...

hmm How many of you people that are complaning bout the baby bumping his head... are doing ok after your bumps.. are you still alive..
Get real.. it was cute.. and im sure the parents felt bad.. for a minute

Anonymous said...

Feel sorry for the kid. The parents are really sick. I believe the parents must had a horrible childhood. This is a case of child abuse.

Anonymous said...

I'm a baby, and I agree with the anonymous writers. You parents should lay off and let me figure things out on my own. So what if I bump my head. If it actually hurt, next time I'll lay down before dozing off.

Anonymous said...

Too funny!! The other ones are so cute but this is cute and funny. Couldn't stop laughing. All babies fall.

Anonymous said...

This baby will be fine. The parents were probably focusing on the cuteness of the dozing and didn't think he'd fall backward. Don't blame them ... stuff happens and this was mild. I'm the mom of two kids (a college freshman and a junior high-schooler). My daughter (the college student) was always more cautious and my son has always been a dare-devil (much to my chagrin). I'm known as the worrier and I still think a little bump is minor. My kids are intelligent, goal-oriented, sensible yet fun-loving. My son is brilliant, with nothing less than A averages in every subject on every report card since he started school. He's been playing piano since he was 4 and is being classically trained. He also plays violin and clarinet. He's a purple belt in Tae Kwon Do and loves baseball and basketball. As an older infant, he used to purposely bang his head when frustrated. Of course I'd stop him, but obviously despite that, he's turning out just fine. Please lighten up, people!

Anonymous said...

That was super funny! Overprotective parent create messed up children. Kids need to fall! This is probably the best out of all the baby videos!

Anonymous said...

Hello I'm a Doctor at The Ohio State University, I study the anatomy of small children in my studies. Babies bones are more flexible so they don't hurt their self badly when they have MINOR falls like that. Don't blame the parents for the baby falling over its not like it was their fault. So don't judge people just on some little YOUTUBE video.

Jeff said...

OMG lol are you people serious ? you really think these parents are child abusers cause the kid fell over sleeping ? your kids are likely going to be just like George Bush and have mommy pull the pacifier out just before the speech. Gimmie a break people he is gonna take harder knocks in life then this, and its your job to prepare him for it, or to leave him inadequate ...

Anonymous said...

My Gosh! You people are too judgemental! Don't you know that the way you judge people is the way you will be judged??
The baby is fine- all kids bump their heads many times on their way to growing up....and some much worse than that little bump!
"People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones"

Anonymous said...

Give the parents a break!!!!! I am SURE you've hurt yourself once!! And I don't see anything wrong about you!! It was meant to be funny and it is! GOD! lol

Anonymous said...

OMG! Have you ever seen a little baby run then pull their feet out from underneath them, landed on their butt then giggled!?! A tiny itty bitty bump, is NOT gonna do anything, omg get that through your head! Everyone has gotten hurt, doesn't screw you for life. I'm finding this is more a debate room then enjoyment, please lighten up and enjoy the cute little baby......goodness gracious:P

Anonymous said...

Falling is one of the developmental stages!! Babies need to fall, you can't be their every second. When he's 10 do you really think he's gonna remember that!?!? Get over it, HE'S FINE! You need to relax! This is a very funny vid. My favorite:P

Anonymous said...

Apparently, the vast majority of people here whining about this baby falling on the floor have never had a baby. Babies fall. They are learning their balance and wobbly. The baby in this video probably cried because it startled him, not because he was hurt. Happens to my daughter all the time. She'll be sitting there playing with a toy and then she'll randomly topple over with no warning and she's just fine, albeit startled. Wouldn't you be startled if you were sitting at the dining room chair and suddenly you were sprawled across the floor?

Get real and actually try being a parent before you criticize other parents. And if you are a parent and you say you've never watched your child tumble over, you are a LIAR!

Furthermore, there is no way this baby's cuteness is a 2, definitely at least a 4. I saw you on the Today Show this morning talking about a child you rated a 2 and it was extremely rude of you to say that you didn't make the child a 2, the parents made the child a 2. That was so rude to say and completely uncalled for. You're not the cutest kid on the block either, dear.

I thought this video was extremly cute. and you cant blame the parents.. For all adults in here complaining that these parents are "bad', "child Abusers", DONT act like your baby(s) have never fell!

I agree with Tonya C. what you said on the news this morning was VERY disrespectful and unnessary.

But this baby is atleast a 4.

Michael said...

This is really NOT funny
I think the parents are also often falling on their head, when she were young.

Its not a good site really not

Anonymous said...

Can't tell me,that your kids didn't hurt anytime!! How conceited it is to judge others. If kids didn't hurt and learn from it,how can they learn, that falling down hurts?? The child didnt bled,so stop wailing...

Anonymous said...

Ok there's been about 5 or 6 people total commenting on how bad this video is. What I don't understand is why every person afterwards has to say stuff like "calm down" and "lighten up." We get it, we don't need to know the facts on how soft babies heads can be or how it happens to everyone. nice video

Anonymous said...

Jeez! Everyone is so critical! I'm sure those parents never expected the kid to go down so fast. He was falling asleep. If anything I would expect him to gently fall over like most of these videos show. Give them a break!

Anonymous said...

Come on people! That isn't that cute. The parents shouldn't harrass their kids like that. Its cruel. It isn't even funny.

Anonymous said...

Geez Louise...did all you do-gooders not hear the baby laughing its head off at the end?

Lighten up!!!

Anonymous said...

"Anonymous said...
Apparently, the vast majority of people here whining about this baby falling on the floor have never had a baby." Really? And what do you base this comment on? I have a child who is grown now and children do receive enough bumps and bruises on their own. They don't need their careless, immature parents to add more. This is cruelty.

Anonymous said...

Geez people. Lighten up! You really have no right to judge if you aren't in the room in the situaion. Be careful about how you judge because it can come back at you. And don't tell me you've never seen an uncute baby because we have all seen one.

Anonymous said...

Geez u paranoid people. I remember slamming my head against a steering wheel on a tractor once when my grandfather was standing on the back and accidentaly hit me. I havn't noticed any great reduction in mental capacity, brain damage, broken bones ect.

Life Happens. Cute people get a slight bump every now and then.

Anonymous said...

come on people...kids are kids..a small bump wont hurt them...i have a 7 weeks old daugther and my boyfriend droped a clementine on her head when she was 1 week old...and guess what people...shes just fine!! and its not because were bad parents...just an accident...
Leave those parents alone...its not like they shaked him or anything!

bree said...

ok, i dont see why you ppl r saying its no big deal. it is, babies are the most fragile of human beings. at that age, you rskull isnt comepletely developed, and that can create some brain damage. so when you have kids, hit theirs heads off the floor and watch how screwed up they will be. and if your laughing bout this, you guys are horrible. why wouldnt u jsut put the kid on something soft, like a couch or in a BED if youve ever heard of one.

Anonymous said...

Obviously, some of you have never had a child or maybe you did and he/she is now chasing you around the kitchen with a butcher knife. Lighten up!

Anonymous said...

i don't see how this is so bad. it's not like the parents pushed the baby's head to the ground. my brother, when he was a baby, fell and i don't see how it has affected him.

Anonymous said...

I'm more worried at the square, soul-sucking ecto-ghost that appears around :19 to steal the child's soul.

Why doesn't anyone complain about that? The child clearly falls and laughs because he is now an empty vessel for a human soul.

He will inevitably end up a lawyer or a politician now, but hopefully that earth shattering crack to the noggin left him without the capability.

Anonymous said...

HAHAHAHAHAHA, AWESOME! xD

What was that white squarish thing, anyway?

Anonymous said...

This is too funny, I am sure all of the people freaking out over this post have Child Protective Services on speeddial, and force their children to wear 2 sets of knee pads, JUST IN CASE. Well folks, stuff your lil darlings back in their respective bubbles and NEVER let them out, idiots...

Anonymous said...

So for recording their child falling asleep sitting up is child abuse and what not, what is recording their first steps, or their first time riding a 2 wheeler??? Hmmm...thats what I thought...Get a life, if you don't like it don't watch it!

dina said...

first may i say that the kids whose parents pad and cushion every single corner in their worlds turn out to be sniveling little crybabies who can't deal with reality. and that if you look closely you'll see the rug is on a wall-to-wall carpet. jeez people.

Anonymous said...

If it was so terrible, why'd you watch the whole thing? Get over it and move on..

Anonymous said...

1. I have kids
2. At times they did get hurt
3. I did not video tape it and wait for it to happen and then post it for the world to see.

**FREE WORDS OF ADVICE**If you don't want to be judged you shouldn't put stuff on the internet**

Anonymous said...

Man people relax like you never let your kids bump their heads before. no one has the right to call anyone bad parents, before you do take a long hard look at yourself and how your kids are living. this was funny for the fact that the kid was all over the place, yes unfortunately he hit his head but he'll eventually head his head on something Grow up people!

Richard said...

Oh please, this is not that bad. My teacher, who has reared three children of her own, referred me to this video in particular. If you get all agressive about this, I would like to see how you react to America's Funniest Home Videos...

Anonymous said...

If you all haven't noticed this ongoing argument is going absolutely no where. I see where people find it harsh and unfunny, but I also see how it could be funny. I have fallen down many times, and in the moment I might yelled but after that I would reflect and laugh.

Anonymous said...

I find puppies and kittens to be funnier and cuter than humans when they are falling asleep, even if they are babies. The animals are so hairy and so cute and most of them have very tiny noses and thats cuter.Sorry but i hope i didnt offend anyone.

Anonymous said...

he so sweepy!

Anonymous said...

jeez you people. the parents probably thought their child was cute falling asleep and recorded it. I bet they didnt think their baby would fall over. They must have rushed over cuz the video ended right after.

Anonymous said...

One of the first lessons this kid will probably learn?
If you dont have something nice to say, dnt say anything at all.
Leave this poor kid's parents alone!

blux said...

Yeah, drop children.

Anonymous said...

I'm sorry, but that was just damn cute & funny.

Anonymous said...

i'm sure if the baby got seriously injured the parents would not have posted this video online for everyone to see - lighten up people

Anonymous said...

Babies hit thier heads all the time. CHILL OUT!!! I have a 9 month old who is learning to walk and he falls and hits his head. No big deal and yes I think it is cute.

lilchicky5 said...

Poor thing OMG i hope that the parents didn't just take him to bed right after that he probably needed ice! Poor thing!!!

Anonymous said...

To the "Dr." from Ohio State University- if you really are a doctor, I think your grammar and spelling would be correct- "their self"?, come on.
However, I think this was a precious video, and I'm sure the parents wanted nor expected any harm to come to their child.

Anonymous said...

Hi think thats not funny at all!! look again at the video end and watch the babys mouth and hear when it starts crying!! its terrible!! my daughter felt asleep like that too when she was young, but i but pillows behind her heat and so the landed smooth!!! why parents dont see that?? I DID AND MAKE HER LAND SOFT!! than the video would be funny!! greetings from germany!!!

Anonymous said...

oh i forget something!! yes its right that babys hit her heat often, but this hit was on purpuse.. it was not because the baby was nit carefull. it was the parents fault that the baby hit himself.. so i dont like the video!! poor baby!!

Anonymous said...

You people make it sound as though the parents did this maliciously or something to purposely hurt their kids. I personally feel that this is just the liberal extremest views that a LOT of people are truly sick of. You sit here and attack other people for finding this video funny but then get butt hurt when you're told you're the ones over reacting. Another user said that they posted it so they should be open to others judging them, well hey hypocrites so should you!

Kids fall and bump their heads ALL the time... so does that mean that if you don't prevent every bump and bruise they get that you are a child abuser!?! Very unrealistic!

Btw, babies fall asleep on their own ALL the time... this kid could have been in it's crib and sitting up and falling asleep and if it fell back and busted his head on the side of the crib would you all be yelling the same thing!?!?! OMG child abusers because they didn't put pillow across the entire crib!!

Boo Freakin Whoo! Ya know what, you go ahead and protect your child in the padded rooms and lives you live, but stop judging others who obviously live in the real world!

Anonymous said...

CUTENESS should maybe be decreased.

Anonymous said...

the reason it is not funny or cute is because this baby is helpless. he is physically unable to lie down, so he was always going to fall over if left seated for long enough.

Anonymous said...

okay okay
i think this is quite cute but because of the fall it can only be received 2 cuteness rating not higher.
i just have one thing to say.
listen to the doctor people.
i read through his comment and he said small bumps like THESE (meaning the video i think)can't do any damage.
++ bree you can't spell and you don't know anything so don't comment.

The Gamer said...

God this baby is such a NOOB! it should have used GOD MODE! man, noob!!!

Anonymous said...

Looks to me like it just scared him. Didn't hurt him, I don't think his head even touched the leg of that chair. Just scared him to fall backwards so suddenly. Not a big deal anyways. Babies learn at early ages to start exploring and learning. A knock on the head is not gonna mean "failure for life." It'll mean, "One more trial overcome." Ease up people, you don't want the kids to get hurt, but sometimes it's the best thing for em. Live and learn, everybody should know this one.

Anonymous said...

This baby video is cute, but he probably hurt his head. If i fell down on the floor like that I would have woke up and been crying!

Anonymous said...

I didn't find this video funny, but it was really cute. The baby fell over by himself and his parents may not have thought he would. Whenever I see this short it makes me smile since it is so cute!
